60u white gloss PP/washable adhesive/58g White Glassine
This labeling material consists of a glossy opalescent polypropylene film that offers a striking visual effect with its pearl-like shine. A general permanent water-based acrylic adhesive. EW is a washable,including the removal of PP materials from PET bottles and paper from glassbottles(80-90°C，1-2%NaOH，10-15min，300.1000rpm, APR standard). And EW delivers an initial peel adhesion of 7.5N/25mm, with excellent 20-minute peel adhesion results at 4.5N/25mm on steel.Resistance to shear from a standard surface 15 Hours FTM 8 st.st.Excellent performance on many packaging materials. Can be used for indirect sales of products such as food, electronics and cosmetics. It also facilitates the wash recycling of PET bottles and thermoformed containers.

Product Description
The 60u white gloss label is a high-performance labeling material featuring a glossy opalescent polypropylene film coated for enhanced ink adhesion. It is combined with a robust hotmelt rubber adhesive, providing excellent adhesion strength and reliability. The product is paired with White glassine treated with super calender liner, which has a thickness of 0.055 mm, facilitating easy handling and precise die-cutting.

Product Application
Suitable for beverage, food, personal care and other fields, and also suitable for applications where the label and PET container need to be cleanly separated by washing, so that the PET container can be recycled. If used for labeling small bottles with a diameter of less than 30mm, testing and confirmation are required. It is not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or frequent squeezing.
