Product Description
This 75u white matte PP label material features a matte milky white polypropylene film with a specially formulated surface coating, ensuring compatibility with multiple printing methods such as flexographic, letterpress, and screen printing. Product Application
The product has excellent tensile strength, tear strength, stable physical and chemical properties, opaque, and has certain shading and barrier properties.
It has the removable performance of repeated pasting on many pasted products, and is widely used in special fields such as sanitary napkin sealing paste, kitchen utensils and household appliances.
Due to the different surface properties of the objects to be pasted, it is recommended to carry out label pasting test on the objects to be pasted before putting them into use. Stable size and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for making various durability labels.
Converting
Sub-white polypropylene film with paper visual effect, with a layer of coating on the surface, can be used for flexographic printing, letterpress printing, screen printing, heat transfer printing and other printing methods, and has good performance on ink. Product labels with important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemicals have excellent covering performance on the dark bottle body. Sharp cutting tools shall be used in die cutting, and label overflow caused by too tight winding tension shall be avoided at the same time.
