70g Brown Krafte paper/Hotmelt Rubber base-Standard/58g White Glassine
This 70g brown kraft paper label ensures superior adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, including metal, plastic, and glass, and exhibits strong initial adhesion of 17N/25mm, with a 20-minute peel adhesion of 18N/25mm at 180°. The adhesive performs well in diverse environments, with a service temperature range from -35°C to 65°C, ensuring stability even under extreme conditions.

Product Description
The face material of the uncoated paper label is a specially treated 70g brown kraft paper with a thickness of 0.07mm, offering both a rustic appearance and the strength needed for secure labeling. The liner material is a 58g white glassine backing, ensuring smooth and reliable peelability. This liner is super calendered, providing enhanced smoothness and easy handling during the labeling process.

Product Application
Widely used in promotional and industrial semi-gloss color label printing. Suitable for general purpose and blank die cutting. Not recommended for vial body labeling.

Converting
The surface-coated white smooth paper is matte and has excellent ink absorption performance. It is suitable for thermal transfer printing of various high-definition and high-density barcodes. It is suitable for most wax- based, mixed-based and tree-based ribbons.
Care should be taken to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from falling off due to over-viscous ink. Suitable for rotary and flat processing methods, suitable for bronzing.
Avoid excessive rewinding tension, resulting in label overflow. For fine barcode printing, a comprehensive print test evaluation is required.
