The 100g bright silver Transfer Paper label combines a transfer paper substrate with a bright silver layer face material, an acrylic water-based adhesive, and a super-calendered white glassine liner for outstanding performance. The face material weighs 100±10% g/m² and has a thickness of 0.095±10% mm, offering exceptional transparency and a special coating for enhanced printability. The liner, weighing 58±10% g/m² and with a thickness of 0.053±10% mm, ensures smooth application and stability during processing.

Product Description
The 100g bright silver transfer Paper label features a transfer paper substrate with a special coating, this material provides excellent clarity, adhesion, and reliability. Designed for durability, this material maintains its quality for up to 12 months when stored in optimal conditions of 23±2°C and 50±5% relative humidity in a clean, dry environment. It is suitable for use across a wide temperature range, with a service temperature of -35°C to 90°C and a minimum application temperature of 10°C.

Product Application
Widely used in promotional and industrial semi-gloss color label printing. Suitable for general purpose and blank die cutting. Not recommended for vial body labeling.
Laminated aluminum foil paper has excellent printing performance. The common printing methods include UV flexographic printing for colorful decoration and thermal transfer printing for any variable information. Good rinting performance and metallic effect.

Converting
There is a layer of coating on the surface of the transfer paper substrate. Avoid material deformation caused by overheating. Applicable to various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing and screen printing, etc., and has good expressive power for inks. Product labels with important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical substances.
