The thermal sensitivity of this thermal product features a 75g/m² smooth bright white paper with thermal coating laminated with transparent OPP
film, offering a distinctive shimmer that shifts colors under light. The liner is a 58g/m² semi-gloss white glassine with a thickness of 55µ, engineered for high-speed and precise label dispensing. Backed by a hotmelt rubber adhesive, it ensures robust initial and long-term adhesion on a wide variety of surfaces, including curved and textured applications.

It is recommended to test it before use and avoid any long-term exposure to an environment above 50°C or direct sunlight to protect the product quality. Product Application
It can be used for most traditional printing methods. Due to the heat-sensitive nature of the product, it should be avoided in a processing environment exceeding 50°C. Inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents may damage the heat-sensitive layer. It is recommended to use original ink without any additives for processing and printing as much as possible. For spot color inks or inks with additives, it is recommended to test the ink before printing. Pay attention to the knife pressure when die-cutting.
Converting
It is not recommended to use it in water immersion or long-term storage in a humid environment. After the label is printed, it should not be placed in a place that is easily contaminated with animal and vegetable oils or chemicals to avoid the barcode being unscannable.
