Product Description
The 68u white gloss label is a high-performance labeling material featuring a glossy opalescent polypropylene film coated on both sides. Top coat is used to carry ink, print patterns, and back coat to enhance the bonding force with glue.It is combined with a robust hotmelt rubber adhesive, providing excellent adhesion strength and reliability. The product is paired with White glassine treated with super calender liner, which has a thickness of 0.055 mm, facilitating easy handling and precise die-cutting.

Product Application

Converting
The white high-gloss polypropylene film with pearl luster effect, with a layer of coating on the surface, suitable for flexographic printing, letterpress printing, screen printing and thermal transfer printing and other printing methods, and has good expressiveness to ink. Product labels with more important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, and good cover performance. Sharp knives should be used in die-cutting, and at the same time avoid adhesive overflow due to excessive winding tension.
