There is no cost for glassine backing papers. The traditional self-adhesive label is a sandwich structure with a glassine backing paper at the bottom. Once the label is attached to the object, the glassine backing paper has no use value and can only be discarded, polluting the environment. Linerless labels have no liner, and the cost of glassine liner is zero, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.

Reduced label surface material costs. In order to facilitate waste disposal or subsequent printing and tracking, traditional self-adhesive labels leave a certain amount of space between the labels and at the edges of the labels. In this case, the area of the surface material will increase, by about 8%. , which undoubtedly increases costs for companies that print labels. The surface material of the linerless label does not have any loss, because it does not need to be discharged during the production process. It is easy to tear off through the preset tear line between the label and the label. If printed later, linerless labels will have a black mark printed on the back of the label to track the label. This can save about 30% of raw material costs. This saves the entire cost by about 10%.

Reduces transportation and warehousing costs. Because there is no loss of the surface material of the linerless label, and there is no glassine liner, the same size core can accommodate more labels, which can roughly double the number of labels, thus reducing the space for warehousing labels. Reduces the logistics cost of shipping labels, saving approximately 40%.

Reduces print head wear. In order to prevent adhesion on the surface of the linerless label, a layer of silicone oil is applied to the surface of the face material. This layer of silicone oil reduces the friction between the print head and the face material, reduces the wear of the print head, and saves printing costs.
